How long does the production and shipping time take?
The production time usually takes around 2 weeks on average. (This may vary seasonally.) Carrier packages are delivered within 3-5 business days.
How can I place an order if my measurements aren't available in the dropdown menu?
If your measurement is close to the measurements available in the dropdown menu, you can select the closest measurement and add it to your cart. For instance, if the measurement you require is 17"x69", you can add 16"x70" from the dropdown menu and specify your needed measurements (17"x69") in the order notes. I will then prepare your order according to the measurements provided in the notes. If your measurements are larger (for example: 20"x86"), you can message me to get a price quote.
